For HOMES: If no one answers the door, we will return the balloons to our office and your payment will be forfeited.
For BUSINESSES: We will attempt to leave them at a front desk or with security.
If they are refused, we will return the balloons to our office and your payment will be forfeited.

* Purchases are paid in advance by Credit Card (5% fee), PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle.
* We will NOT enter ANY home or business where SMOKING is allowed.
* We reserve the right to refuse to enter ANY home or business for ANY reason.

BALLOON BOUQUET DELIVERY FOR
PARTIES, EVENTS, OR SPECIAL OCCASIONS
All of our small bouquets seen below are "Table-top" bouquets and come with a classy foil weight and card containing your special personalized message. The latex balloons are treated with a chemical called "Hi-Float" to make them last longer than the typical 12-16 hours (they should last 2-3 days indoors). Simply choose from a bouquet below and tell us the occasion, and we will change the balloons to fit your needs. Mylar or Foil balloons are standard 18" and Latex balloons are 12". We have Mylar balloons in star, round, and heart shapes, and Latex balloons in virtually any color. Some colors of balloons are not kept in stock and must be ordered. You can turn any bouquet into a floor bouquet which is 5-6 ft tall by adding more balloons. Bouquets can be topped with HUGE 40 inch Jumbo Numbers or Letters (we stock silver or gold, but given a week's notice, we can get other colors.

Balloon Decorating Pricing
There are many factors that determine the total cost for decorating an event. For each job there is the cost of the balloons and supplies, and the cost for delivery and/or set-up. If you or the venue or client would like the balloons “striked” (balloon removal from site) there is an additional $75 fee for that, plus mileage to the site. Most large arches and deliveries must be set-up on site and we need to have access to the facility to prepare.
*For large arches or outdoor events where weight is required, there will be an additional charge for those weights.
Balloon Drops
Balloon drops can be ordered for any event and come in nets of 250 or 500 12" latex balloons.
We provide the balloons in the netting and you hang it. It's simple and affordable!
Centerpieces
Centerpieces are generally designed in a cascading effect with ribbons curled and either a plastic or foil balloon weight. Each centerpiece can be customized to include standard 12" or printed latex, solid color foil balloons or designs, oversized latex and foil balloons, and foil shapes and solid colors. If you need the latex balloons in the centerpiece to last more than 8-12 hours, you MUST let us know so we can add "hi-float" for an additional charge. "Hi-float" will typically make the balloons last 2-3 days indoors. We are NOT responsible for outdoor events where the centerpieces may blow away. Centerpieces are weighed down only enough to hold the balloons to the table.
Floor Bouquets
Floor Bouquets are generally designed in a cascading effect with ribbons curled and a decorative foil balloon weight. Each bouquet can be customized to include printed latex or mylar designs, oversized latex and mylar balloons, and mylar shapes and solid colors. If you need the latex balloons in the bouquet to last more than 8-12 hours, you MUST let us know so we can add "hi-float" for an additional charge. "Hi-float" will typically make the balloons last 2-3 days indoors.
We are NOT responsible for outdoor events where the bouquets may blow away. The bouquets are weighed down enough to hold them to the ground.
Columns or Towers
Columns or Towers are built either as floating, or with air. For air filled, they are built on a stand with a lightweight base that is disposable and moveable. For outdoors, they are built on a stand that is weighed down and also disposable. There is an additional charge for the weights and they are 6ft tall and made with standard 12" latex balloons. They can be spiral, offset, or solid, and can be topped with either a 12" latex or 18" foil balloon at no additional charge. You can add a larger balloon on top for an added fee. Column or towers are left at the event to be disposed of by the customer or staff. If we have to come out and "strike" the balloons or remove them from the site, there is a $75 fee to do so, in addition to our normal delivery charge, if there is one.
Single Strand Balloon Arches
Single Strand Arches are a standard 8ft wide by 7ft high. They can be larger for an additional fee and with a measurement, we can give you an exact quote. Multiple strands can be added as shown in the picture below and will need to be built "on site".
Criss Cross Single Arches
Criss Cross Single Arches are spectacular designs over a dance floor or large open area. They can be personalized to include a name, number or mylar shape. We will need the measurements of the area to give you an exact quote.
Standard Quad Arches
A Standard Quad Arch is built with 12" latex balloons in a quad pattern or 4 group increment. They are generally 8' wide and 7' high and can be larger.
SuperSize Spiral Arches
Supersize Arches are made with extra large 17” balloons. This design is great for large venues such as ballrooms and outdoor events. We will need a measurement to give you an exact quote.
Arch prices vary according to size, decoration set-up window, type of balloon used and the type and location of venue (inside vs. outside).
* We will deliver your balloons to an event or venue but there is a charge for us to do the decorating if you want us to do that. The charge for decorating is $100 per hour and is charged to your credit card "after" the decorating is complete. If the decorating team returns to strike the décor, there is a minimum $75 strike fee. Distance, delivery time and size of order may effect the delivery and strike fees.

REFUND POLICY
Once you order and pay for the balloons, no other customer can take the date and time of your delivery and we may have to special order your balloons. For this reason, there are NO REFUNDS. If you have to cancel an order, regardless of the reason, you have the option of rescheduling your delivery (providing we are available) or using your credit within 90 days.
